GreyButUseful is an introduction platform operated by On-Off Group UK Ltd (registered address: Two Hoots, Church Road, Kirkbride, Wigton, Cumbria, CA7 5HY). We help clients who need help connect with experienced professionals aged 50+. We are an introducer only. We are not a party to any agreement, work, or payment between a client and a professional, and we do not employ the professionals listed.
Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, we do not verify the qualifications, background, insurance or suitability of professionals or the accuracy of job posts. You should carry out your own checks before entering into any arrangement. In this version, payments are arranged directly between clients and professionals off-platform. GreyButUseful does not process, hold or handle payments and takes no commission. [Update this section if/when platform payments are introduced.]
To the extent permitted by law, GreyButUseful is not liable for the acts, omissions, work quality, or conduct of any user, or for any loss arising from arrangements made through the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
You keep ownership of what you post, but grant us a licence to display it on the platform so the service can work (for example, showing a job to professionals). We may remove content that breaks these terms.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, and we may update the service or these terms from time to time. We'll post any changes here.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. [Adjust if you are based in Scotland or Northern Ireland.]
